  This company is the best! They were recommended by a friend. I called them and I was obviously distressed about finding bed bugs in my home ( I was actually in tears) The woman on the phone patiently waited for me to calm down and spoke calmly with me, assuring me that everything would be okay. She scheduled an appointment quickly and made me feel a lot better. After our call she followed up with an email with detailed instructions on how to prepare my home for treatment. When the exterminator (Robert) arrived he was kind and knowledgeable. He showed me signs of the bugs and educated me on their entire process. Fortunately we had found our bugs early and they were only in one room. However the Robert treated the entire home and each bed. He called me when he was finished to let me know if he found other problem areas and to give me in between treatment instructions. The company completed two treatments and when Robert returned for the second treatment he again walked me through the process and educated me on preventative measures for the future. The two treatments come with a 6 month warranty and the entire ordeal cost $800 for my large old 4 bedroom home in Marysville. This company is professional, knowledgeable, kind and AFFORDABLE compared to other companies. Because of their warranty if I see signs of bugs in the next 6 months they will return for FREE!
