  This is an older model phone that does great! It had eventually wore out from the constant great performance it gave. I was able to acquire a few replacements that were in GREAT shape. The tech at this location couldn't get any of them to connect to the account. I figured something was wrong and it was. The employees at this location that don't know how to service all customers or how to ask for help. I went to a different Sprint store and the asst. manager there had my phone connected in 15 mins to my account and I was receiving/sending calls faster than I expected. This store didn't even SUGGEST I might need to try a different location? The asst. manager, after an error in 30 seconds, he was calling his Customer Support to have them put the phone in. ...hmmm....So a simple call fixed the issue? WOW.. what a concept. This store is great for NEW only..old...it's over!
