  Went to the store In person to see what they had to offer. The prices sounded good and deals also sounded good. We talked to a guy named Mathew for a good 30 minutes he said he sent in a manual tech to come out and see if we could have services. He stated that there would be someone who would follow up with a email or phone call within 3-5 days five days pass and still no email or phone call. I got ahold of the customer service to see when we would be having someone come out to take a look and they had no record that he submitted anything fr them to come out not only did he waste our time but he also lost business
